At least once a day Norton warns me

At least once a day Norton warns me that a site I try to visit or an email I debate opening is suspicious. Just today, a seemingly legitimate site warned me about an upcoming change from my email domain. The moment I opened the email, a Norton warning opened advising me to exit.

System havk

Hacker sent me an email bill for $480.00 stating it is for Norton program. But I already paid my Norton bill. I tried to find a phone number on my Norton bill, no luck. Sent an email to Norton with the bill from the hacker in September 2022. But no response at all from Norton which is unacceptable. I have been a customer for years and expected a response.

The Norton Protection App

The Norton Malware App. overall does a good job. There was a point when malware crashed through my firewall and started writing itself in my computer. At some point the malware was removed. Since then everything seems OK.

As far as I can tell everything works well.
Pretty Expensive. Also New features always want more money. Might try PC Matic someday.
Not too easy for us to switch computers (old computers to new ones) Also New features always

I trust Norton with my online safety because Norton keeps me updated with security breaches, the application is easy to use, and the friendly reminders make me feel that Norton is engaged with me and takes my online safety just as seriously as I do.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Norton?

Near to IMPOSSIBLE. They will send you all over the place. Beware with Lifelock as it is a different account and will show old accounts or none at all. They will send you everything to but or do except what you need help with by email.

The support is terrible. No one wants you to call them direct anymore and they hide their phone #'s and want you to go thru a thousand faqs to solve your own problem. You'd better have a savy private tech of your own who could throw it all back together after they and their software failed in every way. I have premium service and I would never let them have remote access again. Pathetic.
